There is a '250 error' problem with mail coming from several of our clients and this is causing damage to our ability to do business.  BlueHost can give us no timeframe about when this problem will be resolved and this has been going on all week.  All they can say is, it's a "known problem" and they are working on it.  No indication if this will get fixed in a day, a week, a month, or ever.  Extremely frustrating.  So, we have started to look at other email hosting options and will be switching by the end of today if they haven't gotten this fix.  And, oh yes, they have never offered to call or notify us when they DO have the problem fixed, so just another reason to switch to another company which may actually care about customer service.
